Creating AV Agents

If you have completed the steps to setup an AV integration for a customer, you will see that the agent is requested in the Customer Details page > Integrations tab within Blackpoint Portal.

Currently, when you purchase an AV from Blackpoint, there is a manual process on our end. Once the agent is created, it will be automatically uploaded to your account. Once uploaded, this request screen will change and show you how to download the agent.
