I don't see my customer in SNAP-Defense
Not seeing a newly-added customer show up in the SNAP-Defense portal? Follow the steps in this article to ensure your customer has the right user permissions in SNAP-Defense.
- In the Blackpoint Portal, navigate to Customers in the left-hand menu.
- In the Customer List section, find the customer you want to deploy the agent to. Click the Manage button. You will be redirected to the Customer Details page.
- In the Customer Details page, click the Users tab and add click the Select Users to Assign drop-down menu. Then, click Save.
- Direct your new customer to the SNAP-Defense login page: https://cloud.bpsnap.com/snap/public/login.html.
