I don't see my customer in SNAP-Defense

Introduction

Not seeing a newly-added customer show up in the SNAP-Defense portal? Follow the steps in this article to ensure your customer has the right user permissions in SNAP-Defense.

Instructions

  1. In the Blackpoint Portal, navigate to Customers in the left-hand menu.
  2. In the Customer List section, find the customer you want to deploy the agent to. Click the Manage button. You will be redirected to the Customer Details page.
  3. In the Customer Details page, click the Users tab and add click the Select Users to Assign drop-down menu. Then, click Save.
  4. Direct your new customer to the SNAP-Defense login page: https://cloud.bpsnap.com/snap/public/login.html.
